BASIC CLEANING PACKAGE
For Every Need
Posh Cleaners understands the basics. We offer standardized house cleanings at a competitive price. In our Basic Cleaning Package, it includes the following:
- Dusting
- Vacuuming, light mopping all floors
- Dusting all surfaces such as night stands, dressers, tables, furniture
- Toilet Cleanings inside & out
- Sinks
- Light Shower Sanitization
- Mirrors
- Windows (inside)
- Making beds
- Washing all kitchen counters
- Wiping outside of kitchen appliances (Fridge, oven, dishwasher)

While we love to give everything a thorough scrub, check out our "Extras" section where you can add on some perks to your Basic Package for an additional cost. To save the most, upgrade to our Deep Cleaning Package!

Deep Cleaning Package
We provide Deep Cleaning Services for those heavy duty tasks that are often timely. Free up your time by booking with us! This service includes the following:
- Everything from the Basic Package
- Wiping all baseboards
- Cleaning all doors
- Cleaning all door frames
- Wiping door knobs
- Removing all cobwebs
- Window frames (Inside)
- Inside of kitchen appliances such as: Fridge & Microwave *Items in fridge will not be discarded
- Dusting knick knacks
- Inside and out of all cabinetry
- Dusting ceiling fans (if easily accessible)
- Thorough scrub and mop of all floors

Move Out Cleanings
Moving out of your house or apartment? Or does your Air BnB need a quick cleaning for the next tenant? We offer this service at a great price. This service includes the following:
- Vaccuming/sweeping, light mop on all floors
- Wiping base boards
- Removing all cob webs
- Window frame cleaning (inside)
- Cleaning inside & Out of kitchen appliances
- Wiping all cabinetry
- Dusting all light fixtures
- Cleaning doors
- Door knobs
- Scrubbing toilets
- Showers
- Mirrors and Sinks

Posh Cleaners believes in giving the extra scrub down on certain items when you ask for it! Although these are at an additional cost, these perks to add to the Basic Package will surely be worth it. You may add the following items to the Basic Package, pick one or a few!

Listed Are Some Common Questions Asked By Each Client
DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?
Posh Cleaners does not charge by the hour. All prices are subject to vary upon each visit according to house size, extra rooms, package types, etc. All payments are due at time of service.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
For residential cleanings, our current payment methods are cash, Apple Pay, or Paypal. All payments are due at time of service. We -do not- accept any checks of any kind, Cashapp or Venmo, for residential cleanings.

For commercial cleanings, payment arrangements will be set on a case by case basis and will be discussed before cleaning arrangements are made. We will accept check via commercial cleaning, at our client's convenience.

CAN MY PETS BE OUT?
Posh Cleaners loves pets! Your pets may be left out given they do not bite, scratch, or show aggressive qualities. During our mopping process, it will be best your pet be put away so there are no paw print marks left on the floor. If you plan on not being home during our time of service, you may want to put your pets away however you please.

Posh Cleaners does not walk pets during our service, we do not clean up animal feces or urine, and we do not feed the pets.
CAN MY CHILDREN BE AROUND?
Of course, it's their home too! Please be cautious of any wet floor surfaces or cleaning chemicals that they may encounter.

Posh Cleaners require that minors be accompanied by a parent/guardian during our services
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
Posh Cleaners does not have a cancellation policy. We do not require any deposits unless agreed upon by both parties, therefore no need for a cancellation policy to take place.

If both parties agree on a deposit prior to services, a cancellation policy will take place in said agreement.
MY HOUSEHOLD OWNS FIRE ARMS, IS THAT OKAY?
Posh Cleaners understands and respects the usage and owners of firearms. We do not have a problem with working around them.
​
Please have all loose firearms properly secured prior to us arriving for your cleaning services. Any firearms that are left out, we will not remove the firearm and clean the surface. Any firearms that are left in frames, we will not be cleaning.
IS POSH CLEANERS A FRANCHISE, OR CORPORATION?
Posh Cleaners is a Sole Proprietor business as of 2025. If our affiliation changes, we will be updating what is necessary.
